Doing it daily bypasses the whole decision loop, the answer is always yes, and you go straight to doing it.

If it’s not important, never do it.

You now freed up valuable resources to deploy into your main mission.

Whatever is the focal point of your attention, expands to the size of the universe.

Be selective about it.
